Meet The Team

Anne Strate, BSN, RN

Anne is a graduate of St. Louis University, earning bachelor's degrees in both Biology and Nursing. She has dedicated her career to the dermatologic and cosmetic needs of her patients. Anne has worked at Renaissance Plastic Surgery since 2002 and is a master of plastic surgery skin care. She has extensive training in Botox/Dysport/Xeomin/Daxxify and facial filler techniques, as well as certifications in the use of many lasers. She has trained with many well-known skin care experts, including Dr. Obagi.

Anne is passionate about helping patients achieve their skin care goals by designing personalized skin care programs, which will achieve and maintain healthy, beautiful skin.

Angie Betlach, RN

Angie earned her nursing degree in St. Louis and has been a nurse with Renaissance since 2003. She has also been a nurse educator and continues to teach both nurses and patients alike at Renaissance Plastic Surgery and R Medical Spa. She has trained with numerous experts, including Dr. Obagi, and has earned numerous certifications in the use of Botox/Dysport/Xeomin/Daxxify, facial fillers, and lasers.

Angie has a love for learning and staying current on the latest skin care treatments. She goes to great lengths to be sure that all her patients achieve their skincare goals while making them feel relaxed and comfortable.

Katy Burke, RN

After graduating with her nursing degree in 2000, Katy began her early years as a critical care nurse and instructor before joining Renaissance in 2013. She specializes in complete skin care analysis and creating custom treatment plans that are designed to improve the overall look and health of your skin. She has received multiple certifications in the use of Botox/Dysport/Xeomin/Daxxify as well as fillers and lasers. Her extensive training and attention to patient care help make her a wonderful member of an already talented staff of skin care specialists.

Sarah Brinkmann, NP

Sarah is a board-certified nurse practitioner. She began her career in orthopedics before finding her passion for aesthetics. She has several years of experience working in plastic surgery as an aesthetic nurse practitioner and injection specialist before joining Renaissance in 2021. She has received multiple certifications in the use of Botox/Dysport/Xeomin/Daxxify as well as fillers and lasers. Sarah enjoys the artistry of aesthetic medicine and personalized skin care.

Kiersten Casagrande

Esthetician

Kiersten has been an esthetician since 2013, joined the Renaissance team in 2016 and was named Best Esthetician by STL Headliner in 2024. She is excited to share her passion for great skin care with the wonderful patients of Renaissance Plastic Surgery and R Medical Spa. Kiersten has had extensive training in chemical peels, dermaplaning, microdermabrasion, and the physician-grade product lines of ZO Skin Health, Epionce and SkinMedica. Kiersten also performs CoolSculpting and CoolTone treatments. She is a great member of the R Medical Spa team and works closely with all of the skin care staff to provide excellent patient care.

Hailey Stump

Esthetician

Hailey has been an aesthetician since 2020 and joined the Renaissance Team in 2023. She works closely with all of our medical spa providers, getting patients ready for their treatments at Renaissance Plastic Surgery and R Medical Spa. Hailey has training in chemical peels, dermaplaning, microdermabrasion, and the physician-grade product lines of ZO Skin Health, SkinMedica, and Epionce.
