Renaissance Plastic Surgery is excited to be celebrating our 20 anniversary this year. Dr. Boschert and Dr. Craig opened the practice in July 1999 after attending medical school and completing their plastic surgery residency together. We started out in a small office at St. Joseph Medical Building in St. Charles. There were only four employees during those humble beginnings.
Today, we’ve grown to 19 employees, including a full medical spa with nurse injectors. Both of our founding surgeons are still practicing here, and Dr. Mills joined the practice in 2005 when we moved to our current location in St. Peters.
We’re proud to have been serving men and women in the St. Louis area for 20 years. We feel a strong connection to the community at large, and this is reflected in the close relationships we’ve developed with our patients. Many members of our team have been working together for a long time, and we’ve become a tight-knit family. We all take an active interest in each other’s outside lives, sharing details about our children, hobbies, and vacations.
We work hard to make our patients feel like they are part of the Renaissance Plastic Surgery family as well. Our doctors take pride in the extensive amount of time they spend with each patient throughout every step of their plastic surgery journey. While you are in our office, you are the sole focus of our attention. Seeing our patients experience joy when they see their new appearance is by far the most rewarding aspect of our job.
Renaissance Plastic Surgery Patient Appreciation Gala Event
The Renaissance Plastic Surgery team recently held a patient appreciation gala event. Over 350 people attended the celebration and walked the red carpet with our team. To show our appreciation for our extended Renaissance family, we offered specials for many of our most popular treatments, including:

- Dermal fillers
- CoolSculpting
It was a lot of fun to get dressed up in formal attire and spend time socializing with our patients in a non-medical setting. The event was a great way to celebrate all of the people who support us year after year.
