Dr Boshert explained to me why I was dissatisfied with my saline implants and why I might be happier with the gummy bears. It made sense. The procedure to remove my 19 year old saline implants and replace them with silicone was easy and recovery was quicker than I could have imagined. The result is definitely beautiful and I am pleased.
